Pastor Jeff Carter is a retired prison chaplain who has a heart for evangelism. Not in the usual sense, but in the sense of really touching people's lives with the love of Christ. He is able to bring scripture to life and make it applicable in everyday lives.

Pastor Debbie, a former church administrator and a preacher's daughter, has a unique and powerful ministry to women, especially hurting women. She brings healing and strength to situations requiring a special touch.

Both are dynamic gospel preachers, but their greatest ministry is in their unique abilities to love people in a special way.
